We are seeking students in MBA programs or who have recently completed an MBA program. Candidates should be looking to work in a Startup where they will be asked to learn in a fast-paced environment and get to wear many hats.
You will work in our operations department, learning to handle order fulfilment, inventory demand and ordering, calculate future demand, and launch new products. You will learn about our customer retention and customer lifetime value initiatives and be able to contribute and test your ideas to increase value.
You have a strong operations background and love analysing reports across inventory, demand, and cross-selling behaviour. You understand nothing is more important than customer satisfaction. And you get energy from engaging with people from various backgrounds and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Own our operations! Get up and close with the orders as they come in and learn how we personalize every shipment depending on the items, customer, order history, language and more.
- Keep inventory stable, track products as they are consumed, forecast demand and advise our supply managers accordingly to ensure we never stock ou.t
- Monitor and maintain reports from our dashboard and distribute them regularly to keep all stakeholders and team members informed
- Make recommendations for better end-consumer experience by finding better packaging, improving the pamphlets we give our customers, and making sure the packages and products arrive as expected with our customers.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree at an accredited school and actively earning an MBA or already completed a program with high marks.
- 3+ years' experience in operations at an e-commerce company or similar
- Ability to make reports and pivot tables in Google Spreadsheets using complicated formulas
- Familiarity with writing process documents and following training protocols
- Experience with managing inventory management or supply chain or order fulfillment or product assembly
- A love for a healthy lifestyle and interest in furthering your commitment to health
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
- Preference for an Agile Work Environment
- Fluent in English at a professional level
